MENTOR Oregon is currently seeking a HOME MANAGER to join our dedicated team for one of our Care Facility Homes in Brookings, OR

Job Responsibilities:

Provides oversight of direct care staff providing services to clients, Coordinates the assignment of work of facility staff, Maintains staff schedules for the assigned facility, Manages assigned staff, including performance evaluations, scheduling, orientation, and training, Monitors budgets for assigned home, Oversees household activities, housekeeping, and meal preparation for individuals served, Provides oversight to direct care staff with individualís integration into the community by arranging transportation to recreational and social activities, Prepares various reports and other correspondence in an accurate and timely manner.

Professional Qualifications:

Bachelorís degree required or an equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed in this description may be substituted. Three years of related experience.

Professional Skills:

Skill in using a personal computer and various software applications, Strong communication and decision making skills, ability to work flexible hours.

Other Requirements:

Have a current driverís license, car registration and auto insurance.
