Providing comfortable living through quality plumbing.
My name is Robert, I enjoy plumbing, and I am the sole proprietor of Aquarian Plumbing. I focus on quality, doing the job right and being up-front. "Honesty is the best policy".
If you have a difficult plumbing situation, throw it my way, I love a good challenge.
On October 20 and 21 your business performed some plumbing repairs for my wife and myself. One of the repairs was a very nasty and labor intensive job. You gave the job to Robert. For once in my life I can say it was my lucky day. It has been a long time since I have been totally impressed by someone's attitude and work ethic. As for an employee, I don't see how you can find a better person to represent your business. In my working lifetime we referred to people like Robert as a "keeper". If I ever need some more plumbing assistance or someone I know does I will refer to your business and remember to ask for Robert. Keep on doing what you are and you will have a great future.
Most work is guaranteed for 2 years, water heaters 6 years or better.

Service call $39. The service call will be automatically waived when work is completed. Some cities or locations require a trip charge due to the extra travel time.
My work van is stocked only with the essentials so I may have to take an extra trip to the supplier, but my prices are set as if I had everything you may want, there are no extra trip charges. I have chosen a system of up-front pricing. You will always know the total cost before any work is done. Most customers love this because there is no "price shock" at the end of job.
Why I use up-front pricing Working on an hourly pay schedule is usually not fair to the customer. Many contractors still charge by the hour which may at first seem less expensive. The trouble is you really don't know what the final price will be. When the bill is presented you get that big surprise. Also, some plumbing contractors are slower than others. It is not fair to be charged extra for a slow technician.
A little info. about Aquarian Plumbing's licensing. I am licensed by the CCB #181859 and with the state of Oregon as a plumbing contractor #PB547, fully insured and bonded. Insurance and bond are required by the CCB (Oregon Construction Contractors Board).
A little info. about the CCB. This is from their website: "Oregon law requires anyone who works for compensation in any construction activity involving improvements to real property to be licensed with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board (CCB)."
