A small accounting office has an entry level position for a Tax Preparer and office assistant. This is a part time and possibly full time job for the tax season. Flexible hours and must be able to work some Saturdays.

1- Assisting in entering tax data into software.
2- Preparing simple tax returns
3- Filing tax folders
4- Light phone answering
5- Scheduling appointments
6- Discussing tax returns with clients

1- Must be CTEC certified
2-Must have a valid PTIN
3- At least two years of experience in preparing taxes
4- Familiar with TurboTax software
5- Must be computer proficient, MS office (Excel, word and outlook)
Compensation $10 to $15 per hour based on experience.
