**** Seeking Staffing Manager to guide the overall provisions of staffing and recruiting services, policies, and programs for local company.
-- Must be able to develop external marketing plans to increase revenue and profitability. Establish new business contacts, manage recruiters and staffing personnel; must pursue lead generations and new accounts, cold calling.
-- Oversee successful recruitment efforts by mentoring recruiters and ensuring placement of qualified temporary hires, temporary to direct hire and direct hire candidates.
--Proactively mentor training of recruiters in the art of Internet sourcing, and recruitment; subscribing to and sourcing scores of free career websites and user group for placing job ads, search and resume posting, qualifying and placing top notch professionals.
--Develop, propose and implement staffing strategies and plans, which support business objectives.
--Implementing electronic applicant tracking/flow system, create standards and metrics to measure employment function and communicate findings and recommendations to team members
Requirements: Bachelors degree or equivalent job related experience. Min (5)years related experience in Project Mgmt, Staffing & Human Resources. Must have expertise in leadership, sales and marketing. Strong organization and administration skills with experience in planning and executing large-scale projects.
+ Conditions of Work: Travel many include up to 50% of the time.
