POSITION SUMMARY:

Generate sales revenue for the Trust by focusing majority of daily
activities on outside calling to attorneys, CPAs and Investment Consultants.


This is a base plus commission position.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Generate sales revenue for the Trust by focusing majority of daily
activities on outside calling to attorney, CPA's and Investment Consultants
* Manage a client portfolio of 200+ client relationships consisting of
Personal Trust and Employee Benefit accounts
* Manage a book of relationships including all new relationships sold by Officer
* Work with Trust Sales Manager to develop sales strategies to attract new
Trust Clients and to expand existing Trust relationships
* Develop and expand Center of Influence referral network to sell Trust
products to COI client base.
* Act as representative for all banking services with Center of Influence network
* Assume administrative responsibility for a selected group of accounts.
* Meet with clients for the purpose of discussing their needs and benefits of
our services, expand client relationships, and review investment performance
* Achieve annual negotiated performance standards
* Monitor account activity and portfolio mix to ensure that established
investment guidelines are always met
* Assist other trust officers, as needed with knowledge and insight of
various trust topics
* The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed
as all encompassing. Other duties, responsibilities and qualifications may
be required and/or assigned as necessary.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required

2. Must have 7-10 years previous sales and client relationship management experience in
the financial services industry

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

4. Strong sales and networking skills required

5. PC literate and knowledge of Metavante Trust system required

6. Knowledge in the areas of Personal Trust, Employee Benefit and Investment
7. Local and currently working in the industry
8. Series 6 or 7 a plus...
