Your Job Responsibilities: * Interviewing smart Computer Science/Computer Engineering college students over the phone * Evaluating talent and determining which candidates will continue the interview process * Establishing solid working relationships with school recruiters and managers * Develops overall recruiting strategies and is responsible for all aspects of the candidate generation process, including: sourcing candidates, conducting phone interviews, and working with other recruiters as a consultant to establish strategies for their specific positions.
This is an estimated 2-3 month contingent/temporary position located in Redmond, WA and offered through Volt Technical Resources which is located in Redmond, Washington and a division of Volt Information Sciences, a Fortune 1000 publicly traded Staffing Industry Leader. We are among the largest IT staffing companies in the US for contingent/temporary and direct hire placements and support most of the top rated IT companies in the Pacific Northwest.
Entry Level Recruiter Qualifications: * 2-4 years equivalent work experience. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field. * Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, critical thinking and interviewing skills. * Ability to effectively manage high volume and evaluate ambiguous situations.
