Strong sales background, heavy travel required, meeting face-to-face with customers. Willing to put the time in to travel, learn the business, and customers. Money motivated. Someone used to beating the pavement, getting orders, and meeting customers. Solid past work history needed.
Minimum of three to ten years of experience in outside sales with extensive travel out of state, about 75% of them time. Builds customer relations expands existing markets, as well as pursuing new customers. Proven record of sales success and market expansion. Cleveland based sales representative, with good oral and written skills, able to form strong customer relations. Able to develop market strategies with distributors, strongly promote new products, obtain feedback on product strengths and weaknesses to gather ideas for improvements and new products. Work closely with customer service to resolve product and delivery issues. Sales territory will include Minnesota, North Dakota, and other areas of the Midwestern US. Salary + Commission + Benefits. Strong stable company with NO LAY OFFS. Previous Route Sales experience a plus. Fun Product Line.
