ZTG is seeking a bright, personable Recruiter to deliver a friendly, efficient and effective recruitment service to our managers and their teams. Working independently, the candidate will be crucial in ensuring that we attract, recruit and retain the best sales talent available, through exacting standards and in a cost efficient and timely manner.


Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Sales, the candidate will play a proactive role in the recruiting of non-exclusive manufacturers representatives and sales managers,. This is a fast-paced role that requires a results oriented individual with strong commercial focus and recruitment skills.

Responsibilities include proactively sourcing, attracting, recruiting and signing/training non-exclusive Manufacturer Representatives familiar with the spa/fitness/health service related industries. Weekly status reports required.

Candidate will be measured and bonused based upon the performance/income of their recruits.


Essential Skills & Requirements

Some basic knowledge of spa/fitness or physical therapy/chiropractic industries.
Must be capable of working independently, with minimal supervision.
Candidate must have their own phone and computer to work remotely.
Confident and professional interview skills.
Articulate, with excellent writing skills and good eye for detail.
Discreet, professional and well spoken, with good communication skills.
Exceptionally well organized and efficient, with a good dose of common sense and initiative.
Successful track record in meeting recruiting goals (real estate, insurance, sales, retail, call center experience preferred)
ZERO phone reluctance and strong presentation skills
Proven ability to work to stringent deadlines.
