Leading national healthcare consulting firm, which provides a broad portfolio of business and technology consulting services to medical practices, hospitals, and other industry organizations. We assist our clients with the process of selecting, contracting, and implementing electronic health record and practice management system solutions. We support any size practice, from the multi-provider enterprise to the solo practitioner, to streamline process, workflow, and implement best practice clinical protocols with the ultimate goal of improving patient care, optimizing efficiency, achieving compliance, and maximizing revenue to the client.
Qualified candidate will be required to heavily prospect and generate qualified leads through a combination of both outside and inside sales, and to provide consulting services to support EHR/EMR and Practice Management software system selection, contracting, implementation, optimization, training, and other related services. In addition, sales of Practice Management and Ambulatory Surgery Center consulting services are also required. Communication skills must be superior to display enthusiasm with a calm and professional demeanor.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following, however other duties may be assigned:
o Responsible for successfully selling a broad range of consulting services in the healthcare industry for information technology, ambulatory surgery centers, and practice management disciplines. Candidate must be able to strategically define geographic territories based on market needs.
o Business development, heavy prospecting, and new lead generation via various methods, including cold calling via internal and external methods.
o Identifying and properly qualifying business opportunities.
o Provide weekly reports of activity, and other administrative functions to support internal process and procedures as required.
o Develop new and innovative sales techniques to present to management team to keep fresh on sales and marketing strategies.
o Able to perform competitive analysis and present solutions to executive team for increased sales and growth.
o Preparing and presenting to executive levels of organizations formal presentations and proposals. Leading negotiations, coordinating complex decision making process, and overcoming objections to closure of sales.
o Develop and perform sales presentations for various industry events and venues.
o Perform client discovery, assessments, and present solutions based on customer needs.
o Strong ability to close deals and persuade others.
o Report to the executive management team on a weekly basis and keep track of all activities, opportunities, and goals in a leading CRM system.
o Keep informed on new industry products, company service offerings, and other general information of interest to customers.
o Create new account prospects through referrals from existing customer base.
o Attend necessary sales meetings, product, and training sessions in order to maintain sales proficiency.
o Establish and maintain an effective, positive working relationship internally.
o Must be able to travel without restrictions. Attendance at tradeshows with overnight travel is required as needed.
o Carry the whole sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
o Other duties as assigned by Company Management.
