Screen telephone calls, visitors, and incoming
correspondence; personally respond to requests for
information concerning office procedures; determine which requests should be handled by the supervisor, appropriate staff member or other offices, prepare routine non-technical correspondence and documents as needed. Other office duties as assigned.

Must have 2 years experience as an office assistant. Must have some college or a technical 2 year degree. Must have excellent computer skills which includes Microsoft office software products.
Must have good customer service skills and able to work well with others and public.
Experience working in a onsite construction environment is a Plus.

Weekly working hours is 37.5 hours per week.
