EVENT SERVICES COORDINATOR – PART TIME
BBJ Linen is the pioneer in the linen rental industry, our mission: “To become the premier provider of décor linen to the Special Events Industry on a national and international level through the depth and diversity of a quality product and dedication to unparalleled customer service”.
BBJ is heavily involved in the event industry servicing event planners, caterers, hotels, wedding planners, brides and high-profile venues. We are searching for dependable, part-time employees who will enjoy arranging our beautiful linens in preparation for special events. On occasion, removal of the linens at the conclusion of the event may also be required. These linens include tablecloths, chair covers and ties and napkins. Most of our events take place in the evening hours and on the weekends. This is a fun way to earn extra income!
Requirements:
- Demonstrated dependability and attention to customer service
- Experience with event set ups, banquets and/or events
- Ability to work events and weekends/evenings
- Strong communication skills (must have a cell phone and email address)
- Must have own transportation
- Experience in the hotel and/or event industry a plus
- Demonstrated creative ability
