As a global leader in high-performance machinery components and equipment, Xaloy is currently accepting applications and resumes for a Customer Service Representative at our Pulaski facility. This position serves as an Internal Customer Champion and works in conjunction with Regional Sales Managers to develop and implement sales plans. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to managing customer orders in-house to enable accuracy, creating awareness of deviations to appropriate personnel, preparing price estimates and routing schedules for orders, evaluating technical drawings to determine proper cost data and material requirements. Position requirements for the ideal candidate would be a Mechanical Engineering degree and/or equivalent technical training or work experience. Must be able to read blueprints, demonstrate ability in material handling, communicate effectively with internal and external customers, and prior experience in customer relations/sales in a manufacturing setting preferable.
