How does it work?
Clients are given a user name and password to log into the client portal. The client portal is a secure document exchange platform where clients can upload documents such as bank statements with peace of mind.
Every month (or as needed), the client uploads his/her bank statements, merchant service statements, receipts, Quickbooks file, and any other necessary information.
I will record all data and reconcile all accounts. I will then run transaction reports for all accounts as well as a profit & loss statement, balance sheet, sales report, and inventory stock status report (if applicable). I will email and upload these reports in addition to an updated QuickBooks file to the client (usually within 24 hours).
