Housing Authority recruiting for someone to assist in the forcasting and monitoring of the Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) and the Earned Administrative Fee by projects. Will coordinate with the Finance Department on HCVP budgets; monitors unit cost changes, gathers information for HUD forms preparation and creates reports. Performance of the duties require knowledge of the preparation of financial statements and reports and in the analysis of financial records and the ability to present ideas and information in a clear and concise manner, both orally and in writing.
Must have an AA degree in accounting or 60 credit hours from an accredited four (4) year college or university with major course work in accounting or a related field and one (1) year of experience in Section 8 Housing.
Hiring salary range $27,367 - $28,752 with excellent benefits to include generous leave, health, vision, prescription drug & dental plans; pension, life & disability insurance, & 50% educational assistance.
