My class usually starts with breathing techniques to reduce stress. It is followed by a few balancing poses, then a complete set of head to toe postures to increase flexibility and strength to the whole body. Each session will end with meditation to help concentration and focusing power. With regular Yoga practice the entire body system is balanced, including glands and hormones.
After a few sessions, you can increase the flexibility of your body, reduce stress, and it will help you develop a calm focused mind. A regular practice can help you gain deeper clarity in decision making situations, be more present with your clients or family, and take action that is aligned with your intentions.
Hatha yoga is appropriate for all levels and the content of each class will vary depending on the level of the student attending.
I will provide easy to understand and complete instructions, so the class will be very effective.
