Assist directors daily tasks Research prospective clients Utilize web and other sources to track client/prospect activities and expand market E-mail and phone communication with clients (individuals and organizations) Client database maintenance Develop/maintain marketing information, advertising and promotion material (Flyers, Brochures, PowerPoint Presentations, Newspaper article, Display board and Signage) Coordinate company conferences
High proficiency in MS Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, Frontpage). Good knowledge of photo editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop Fluent in English AND Chinese Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal abilities Strong Internet Research ability Bachelors degree in Marketing or business-related majors Minimum 2 years experience in sales and marketing at a marketing services agency or similar experience (client-side) Experience of email marketing and related database/list experience Experience with social media, such as Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and experience of Google Analytics Motivated self-starter and is passionate about business growing
Strongly Preferred: Web-savvy, social media heavy and all things digital a huge plus Understanding and hands-on strategy and execution of PR and media relations campaigns a big plus Chinese typing skills Creativity in work Basic HTML skills
