Build customer and broker relationships, find sources, and be creative in the planning and execution of marketing plans
Produce income by brokering multiple lines residual income

Use Management supplied technology to deliver high quality service and support to customers, and team members
Grow with the company by capturing market share and building your own team
WE EXPECT THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE TO:
Build and maintain a successful book of business
Define and monitor successful sales and marketing strategies in cooperation with Area and Regional Management
Supervise execution of company guidelines, corporate policy and procedures, and compliance with contract terms
Find, build, broker, and manage relationships with Residential and Commercial customers
Monitor the competitive climate in cooperation with the Area and Regional Managers
Drive consistency and quality in operational processes
Effectively communicate alterative power solutions, products, and rate plans to prospective customers
Be creative in developing solutions for individual expansion as well as a program for team development
Work independently, yet have the capability to build a team of up and coming brokers
QUALIFCATIONS THAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED:
Preferred minimum 2 years sales experience, preferably with a service based company.
Proven track record of building and maintaining a book of business
Demonstrated experience of being a team player in a highly driven sales environment
Completion of the North American Power Broker education and training course
