In addition to payroll processing and employee benefits, HR Butler also administers Health Reimbursement Arragements, Flexible Spending Accounts as well as COBRA in house. We have a position open for a HRA and FSA Administrator.
Responsibilities: • Processing claims • Issuing debit cards/checks for reimbursement • Creating plan documents for new clients • Understanding the different plan designs and reimbursement options • Keeping track of payments • Assisting with service issues
Qualifications: • Must have good communication and organizational skills • Prior experince a plus, but not required • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug test
Full benefits will be available after first of the month following a 30 day wait. Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Voluntary Life and employer paid disability and life. After a year waiting period you will be eligible for our employer sponsored 401K program and bonus program.
