I have lived here for a year and it has been fantastic. My neighbors are awesome--very helpful and down to earth--and parking in the area has never been an issue. This apartment has so much character from the hardwood floors to the crown molding to the crystal doorknobs. It's BEAUTIFUL. I love being on the third floor (nice and warm in the winter!) It's a great location, between Washington and Pearl St in Capitol Hill... just a minutes walk away from Downtown, a few blocks from Cheeseman Park, and there's a bus stop right across the street whenever I feel like leaving my car at home. Very safe neighborhood and LOTS of closet space (three closets--two are huge walk-in closets). My absolutely favorite thing is that ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED! When I moved to Denver, this apartment was the first and only one that looked at--I fell in love immediately and signed the lease the very same day. I hope that someone else will enjoy this space as much as I have!
