MSB Talent Acquisition has been contracted to identify a qualified Customer Care Manager for a consumer products inbound call center. Position will report to Director of Customer Care. Person responsible for managing day-to-day operations of an inbound call center for a consumer products skin care company in a "soft upsell" environment. Manager will be responsible for daily management of 20-30 customer care representatives along with front line team supervisors, ensuring representative provide customers with the highest level of professional care and service. Team based inbound call center environment where customer satisfaction is the number one priority. Manager will be responsible for monitoring customer care procedures, call routing, operational structure, and information flow. Must be professional, personable, with the ability to manage effectively. 8-10 years of progressive call center experience required. Consumer products experience preferred. Salary, bonus, great benefits offered to a well qualified individual. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
