MSB Talent Acquisition has been tasked with identifying professional and experienced bilingual Customer Care Representatives for a consumer products company with the Los Angeles area. Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred. Must handle all calls with the utmost care and consideration for the customer, and maintain professionalism at all times. Qualified candidates must have at least 1-2 years experience in a fast paced inbound customer call center environment. Must be well spoken, professional, and courteous. CCR will take incoming calls, accept orders for product, provide product advice, returns, credits, etc. Extensive training provided on products, call handling, etc. Must be available to work varied shifts during daylight hours, Mon - Sat.
