As a 1st Tier Call Center Care Agent your key responsibility will be to answer customers and partners questions in regards to billing and product errors and malfunctions . You will be responsible for providing prompt, reliable and accurate information to customers. Your responsibility will be ensuring first call resolution in timely manner while maintaining the highest level of customer service.

****DAILY DUTIES****

Analyze problem quickly and diagnose where to path the call.

Log all interactions in clients CRM systems

Achieve call center metrics including call time and schedule adherence

Maintain a high level of customer service at all times

Positive communication with your team members and customers


****REQUIREMENTS****

Must be flexible to work 24/7 - 365 including holidays and weekends.

Must successfully pass a 7 year criminal background check- NO FELONIES!!!

High school diploma and 1 year experience in a call center customer service role, which requires the following:

Outstanding customer service skills

Ability to multitask

Strong communicators written and verbal

You must be a strong active listener

Passion for technology and the latest technical gadgets

Must act independently and be self-motivated

Experience with a personal computer, smart cell phones, PDA's, and other mass media storage devices will be key
