GENERAL SUMMARY
We are searching for a part-time (will transition into full time) individual who is as diverse as our company and is fluent in Mandarin or possibly Spanish. Were looking for someone who will bring strong customer service experience and creative thought to our growing organization. This position will be located on Lombard Street in San Francisco, but will require a lot of traveling within the city limits. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a growing firm. In brief Doorman Property Management is a three-fold company a property management organization that does in house maintenance and construction while offering a full service Residential Concierge. A successful Concierge Associate will be detail-oriented, posses a sense of urgency, be customer focused and organized.

JOB DESCRIPTION: PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintains a professional, friendly, and inviting atmosphere in the office for the partners and clients.
• Maintains thorough and accurate product knowledge of the community and that of the major vendors through site visits, tours, telephone surveys and follow-ups.
• Works with colleagues and Leasing Manager or Community Manager to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
• Physically inspects property when out on grounds and picks up litter as needed, letting Grounds and Maintenance staff know of any possible issues
• Accepts Maintenance and service requests from clients and coordinates completion.
• This is a service position that will require a diverse person and a diverse skill and knowledge base. This position will serve a wide array of functions for our Residential Concierge service that will include, but is not limited to the following, note however that some of these services will only require pickup and drop off, or scheduling with our prearranged vendors. This is an incomplete list of the services the position will be selling and organizing and/or implementing:

• House cleaning & maid Service.
• Move in/out Moving Services, arrange and manage all moving services. We also provide furniture rearranging services for moving pieces within the home or picking up items from stores, storage or other.
• House Sit Feed feed animals, gather mail, change lighting, water plants and any other specified needs.
• Accept packages at our office & drop them off in the unit or make them available for pickup. We also pickup packages from delivery companies.
• For utility companies, delivery services, etcetera we provide to arrange and assist the installation or acceptance of delivery items. We’re home when your not.
• Pick up and drop back off laundry for wash and fold or dry cleaning.
• Pick up pets and offer regular walking services, we also arrange for full service grooming and ongoing personal training for your pet.
• Pickup & Deliver food or goods from restaurants or stores. Just call and place your order or supply us with your shopping list.
• Go to homes a few times per week depending on ones driving habits picks up your car to check the oil & wash your windshield.
• For hotel or restaurant reservations & recommendations we can provide quality advice & bookings.
• Arrange for Limousine services throughout the bay area, for nights out on the town. Trips to and from the airport, regular scheduled routes. Limo & bus tours to Napa.
• Provide flight & trip planning for journey’s around the world. We arrange everything from accommodations, transportation & and activities.
• Arrange for utilization of local car sharing services such as zip car.
• Handle scheduling for services at high-end facilities within the patrons region.

- Waxing
- Hair Styling
- Personal Training
• Manage prescription pickups from local pharmacies and drop them off at ones work or residency.
• Other tasks as requested by Management


QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Bachelor's Degree preferred
Certifications of any kind such as massage, notary, esthetician, etc are a plus!

Candidate must be fluent in English and Mandarin, Cantonese or Spanish a plus

Must pass a full criminal background check

Minimum of 2 to 3 years in sales, customer service, or related field

Experience in Residential Leasing/Sales/Real Estate is a plus

Proficient with computers, Windows (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet and email, and other relevant applications

Candidate must have their own vehicle, clean DMV and insurance.

Proficient with basic office equipment such as copier and fax machine

PHYSICAL WORKING REQUIREMENTS

Frequently alternates between sitting, walking and standing

Repetitive use of telephone, computer, keyboard and mouse

Occasional climbing stairs, squatting, bending at neck/waist and twisting at neck/waist

Must be able to lift 50lbs
