All Season Gutters, Inc. is seeking an experienced office clerk/receptionist.

Skills and Qualifications:

Candidates must have a professional demeanor,
Customer service experience - preferred,
Professional communication skills including proper grammatical pronunciation,
Problem solving skills,
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and Quickbooks,
Ability to type at least 40wpm, and
Small office; must be dependable

Job Requirements:

Answers company switchboard, sets appointments, coordinate office schedule,
Maintains accounts receivable,
Responsible for filing, faxing, misc record keeping and bank deposits,
Responds to customer inquiries/requests,
Resolves problems by analyzing information and identifying solutions,
Provides administrative support to sales and management staff,
Prepares outgoing mail and shipments, and
Lite office cleaning
