Requirements: • Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in the following: o Ability to diagnose and fix hardware and software issues for both desktops and servers o Experience installing and troubleshooting problems on WinVista, WinXP, Win2K, Win2K/Win2003/2008 Server, IIS, Exchange, DNS o End-User and Help Desk experience in MS Office Suite and other common desktop applications o Experience in configuration and troubleshooting of LANs and WANs, switches and router o Configuration of TCP/IP settings on network and troubleshooting TCP/IP issues • Certifications such as A+, MCSE, MCTS, MCITP, CNE, CCNA are a plus but not required.
