Location: Candidate can be anywhere in Eastern Pennsylvania and surrounding states
Responsibilities: 1. Prepare proposals and cost estimates for construction permitting projects. 2. Manage all aspects of projects client interactions, agency coordination, field studies, report preparation, schedule and budget maintenance. 3. Ensure quality of deliverables, promote staff development and oversee sub-contractor performance. 4. Provide technical and procedural guidance for permitting projects. 5. Assist with business development of existing and new clients including identifying and responding to RFPs and RFQs. 6. Bachelors' degree in Engineering, Geology, Biology, Environmental Science, Natural Resources, or related field. Advanced degree preferred. 7. Minimum 6 years of environmental consulting experience which must include experience with Pennsylvania DEP permitting. 8. PE or PG with DEP Training in ESCGP-1 desired. 9. Experience with the Oil and Gas Industry. 10. Experience working with local, state and federal agencies.

Problem solving and general scientific evaluation skills. 4. Project management, business development, & proposal development experience. 5. Computer skills including experience with MS Office Word/Excel. 6. Safe Driving Record.
Specific Skills Required: Position will focus on permitting construction projects for natural gas operators in the Marcellus Shale.
Experience Required: 6 years in environmental consulting
