Are you struggling in this tough real estate market? So are a lot of other real estate professionals. The agents that are having success have solid systems in place and training to support it.
The most talented athletes in the world have coaches and they practice almost everyday! Think about that...
I have been training agents here in the San Diego area for more than 4 years now and I have decided to open my own coaching business. As an educator for more than 14 years, 7 as a school principal, I learned how to teach. I also learned that teaching is only half of the equation. What matters most is how people learn. I have mastered this over the years. I truly know how to help you make a connection with the new information that you are being taught. Believe it or not, some people have to learn how to learn before they can grow. In addition to knowing and understanding these very important variables, I also have the experience to deliver sound coaching and mentoring.
If you're looking for the corporate or big company approach, I'm not your guy. I teach and coach like a tutor would when a student is having difficulty learning something new.
In making the transaition to real estate from education, it was very easy because I was still dealing with people. As a matter of fact, I have been very successful in real estate. I attribute my success to my ability to learn, educate and work with people. In making the transition, I also quickly learned that I found my passion. Over the years I have learned what it takes to succeed in real estate and packaged it into training plans that will help you succeed.
I invite you to attend a general training session so that you can see the difference of the personal approach vs. the corporate and big company approach to working with people.
The days of the big company approach has come and gone. It just doesn't work anymore. If you don't believe me and you have children of your own, pay attention and see how they are being taught in their classroom everyday. Read current educational articles to see that "Individualized Instruction" produces higher results.
