We are currently seeking an energetic, experienced Recruiter for a full-cycle recruiting position. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, checking references, extending job offers, tracking daily productivity, new hire orientation and creating ads for various online resources.

Candidate will have a minimum of 3 years DIRECT work experience in a high-volume recruiting environment.

Requirements:

Must be reliable and dependable.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to use MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Must be highly organized and have great time management skills.
Possess ability to interact closely with several hiring managers.
Adhere to professional dress standards.
2 year college degree required at minimum.
3 years recruiting experience a MUST.
