The Sales Associate would be responsible for generating leads for Duke Associates and to secure computer networking services to prospective clients. This position offers commission upon signed services and Service Level Agreement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan and prioritize personal sales activities towards achieving agreed business aims - especially managing personal time and productivity.
• Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy, including but not limited to cold calls, mailings, emails and other campaigns, to generate leads from this prospect client list.
• Plan and manage sales and marketing resources according to agreed budgets.
• Research and develop a prospective client list and update prospect client database for Duke.
• Respond to and follow up sales inquiries using appropriate methods.
• Facilitate a meeting between potential client’s technical staff and Duke technical staff for review of their technology needs.
• Prepare a proposal of Duke technical services based on Duke’s technical review.
• Meet with client and present proposal of service with the goal of a signed contract for current technical needs and/or future Service Level Agreement contract.
• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction.
• Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
• Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
• Develop personal technical knowledge, techniques and skills as needed for adequate communication with clients.
• Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, and protect and develop the company's brands via suitable public relations activities and intellectual property management.
• Plan and manage internal communications and awareness of corporate direction, mission, aims and activities.
