Each room with the contents is briefly described below.
Entry: Dead-bolt lock door, closet with sweeper, broom, shelf for laundry supplies, hot water heater, electrical panel, and washer/dryer.
L-Shaped Kitchen: Plenty of cabinets above and below L-shaped counter with west-side window above the double-bowl sink overlooking the lawn. Appliances include a refrigerator with freezer on bottom half, self-cleaning electric range/oven, microwave, coffee maker, mixer, blender, and toaster. The cabinets house dishes, glasses, and silverware for a party of eight. Pots, pans, and utility service provided along with storage containers.
Great Room (Living & Dining): Entertainment center has a TV with DVD/VCR built-in components and stereo with a collection of a variety of DVDs and CDs. Love seat with two wing-backed chairs, lamps, and cushions create a comfortable entertaining environment with table and chairs for dining enjoyment. The floor covering is a combination of carpet and tile.
Bathroom: Large room with shower, toilet, medicine cabinet, vanity under the sink, towel racks, heater, steam vent, and linen closet. Bath towels, wash clothes, shower curtain, bath mats provided.
Bedroom #1: Four-poster cherry wood queen-sized bed with two high boy dressers, lamps on each, and mirror in the corner. Two closets, one for clothes and other for storage, both with sliding doors. This room has a window overlooking the field to the south. Linens, blankets, and pillows provided. Room illuminated with over head light with switch at the door entrance.
Bedroom #2: This room is elevated seven steps above the rest of the apartment with a barn-style ceiling. It is furnished with a day bed, night stand, dresser, along with a desk and chair. This room has two closets; one running the length of the north side of the room in the eaves and one door closet in the southwest corner of the room. Similar to the first bedroom the window in this room overlooks the field to the south. Again, linens, blankets, and pillows are provided. The room can be illuminated with over head light with switch at the base of the stairs.
Closet: Large closet for coats and storage is next to the stairs leading to Bedroom #2 off of the Great Room.
Heating/Cooling: Air conditioner for the summer and electrical baseboard heating for winter weather.
Utilities: Electric, phone, and garbage (sewer and well-water is covered by the land lord).
