Teac 80-8
This listing is for a Tascam 80-8 analog reel to reel 8-track recorder in fantastic condition. The unit is on a very nice wooden cart for easy mobility. This is a professional unit and includes the DBX unit as well. The unit is in fine working condition and has been well tended over the years.
The 80-8 is in the Hi Fi Hall of Fame.
Even in the digital age, these are great machines and still are relevant today because when remixing old masters recorded on the Tascam, the sound is not the same if copied from another recorder.
This is a classic 1970-1980 studio reel to reel 1/2 tape. This has 8 analog U/V tracks all the meters work. This is already set in a rack witch is included. Plus a DBX 222. all the reels and metal no plastic. Looking for it to find a good Home. I will also include 4 blank reels. After all I wont need them. No the DigTech Vocalist and the Furman are not included, Sorry I still use those.
