Savvy Entourage is a startup entertainment staffing agency specializing in private parties and special events. The website is currently in development and in the meantime we are on a talent search for individuals to highlight on the website and begin advertising services for events. We are looking for fun, talented and reliable individuals that are interested in working special events and making some extra money. Specifically seeking individuals with experience in the following areas: bartending, serving, dancing, DJs, musicians and photographers.
Here's how it works: Customers will go on the website and search for the type of talent they need at an event. They can view each staff member's info, make their selections and complete an event information form. The form and selections will be sent to us and we will contact the staff they chose to see if they are interested and available to work the event. Once confirmed customers will need to provide a deposit, then all payments (besides tips) will be due prior to the event. Tips are all yours to keep and you will be paid for the event within 48hrs. Customers will be able to go back to the website and provide ratings and reviews of the staff members after the event.
Requirements: Like any other job you will need to complete an employment application, interview (casual at a happy hour location) and we will conduct a background check. The background check is mainly looking at felonies: drug or prostitution related offenses. If you have any of these, please do not apply. If you are a photographer, dancer or musician please provide an appropriate sample of your work. If you are currently working in the same field at another location just let us know and we can also go watch you work instead of providing a sample. You must be reliable and if you accept an event you will need to show up or provide adequate time to find a replacement.
