We are seeking highly organized individuals with strong analytical and multi-tasking skills for fast paced positions assisting a nationwide client base.
Location: St. George, Utah
Hours: 40 hours a week (schedule is negotiable)
Overtime: Overtime available as needed and based on ability
Salary: Hourly (based on experience)

Preferred skills and experience:
2 years of continuous work history; a minimum of 12 months with one employer. Ability to sit for long periods of time in an office setting Team oriented; work well with other team members to achieve common goals Strong typing skills (40 wpm or better) Strong phone skills (customer service, comprehension and elocution) Strong computer skills o Windows XP o MS Office Professional MS Excel (formulas, macros, Visual Basic preferred) MS Word (proficient user) MS Outlook (ability to convey thoughts in a clear, professional and respectful manner) o MS CRM (any experience preferred) o Adobe Acrobat 9 o Graphic Arts Experience (preferred), including but not limited to: Adobe Photoshop CS4 Adobe Illustrator CS4 Adobe InDesign CS4 Strong ability to organize time and tasks; able to keep track of multiple tasks at the same time Able to quickly analyze large amounts of data and respond appropriately A patient and tolerant demeanor; able to communicate with people of various backgrounds in a professional manner Ability to control the conversation and keep it on point Command of the English language; must speak, read and write English fluently Foreign language ability considered a plus (Spanish preferred, but any foreign language ability will be beneficial)
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required) Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
The Dispatch CSA is a Federal Transit Administration regulated position and is therefore subject to DOT Drug Testing (Pre-employment, random and reasonable suspicion) and background checks.
