1. Job Summary Description: Provide daily support to Program Manager; prepare and facilitate conference meetings; maintain Manager’s business schedule; maintain and audit client files; prepare monthly program activity reports; create or proof correspondence, documents, and forms; demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations; other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Candidate should possess the necessary skills for reception and office with daily and on-going tasks. Candidate should have an Associates Degree and a minimum of 3 years of professional office experience preferred. In addition, candidates should possess the ability to keep all work-related information confidential. Candidate must be a self-starter, and have the ability to work with competing priorities, and be results-oriented.
