We are current looking for a Traffic Coordinator to work on site with our client located in Reading, PA. It is a six month contractor position. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time. This includes ensuring that project teams are achieving client objectives and delivering the highest quality of work. As Traffic Coordinator at Electronic Ink, you accept the following key responsibilities:
Work onsite with client who is located in Reading, PA. Act as Traffic Coordinator for client on internal projects Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities. Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. Reviews deliverables prepared by team. Effectively applies and enforces project standards. Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures. Minimizes exposure and risk on project. Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. Maintain a focus on the short-term project deliverables, concurrent with a firm understanding of clients long-term goals. Tracks and reports team hours on a weekly basis. Facilitates team meetings effectively. Holds regular status meetings with project team Keeps project team well informed of project and changes. Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors. Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion. Manages day-to-day interaction. Communicates effectively to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions. Provides weekly status reports when appropriate regarding project activities.

Educational Requirements: Bachelors or a Masters degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or related field
