Learn the Anatomy of a Trial Volunteer Jurors Needed

The Oregon State Bar is seeking volunteers to act as mock jurors on Friday, October 29, 2010, for the Oregon Trial Advocacy College, a trial training program that will be held at the Mark O. Hatfield U.S. Federal Courthouse in downtown Portland. Using facts from an actual lawsuit, attorneys of varying experience levels will try the case in front of state, federal, and local judges.

Volunteer mock jurors are needed during the following times and may sign up for one session, a combination of sessions, or all four:

Friday, October 29
Session (1): 8:30 a.m. 10:30 a.m.
Session (2): 10:45 a.m. Noon
Session (3): 1:00 p.m. 4:00 p.m.
Session (4): 4:15 p.m. 5:15 p.m.

Volunteers are subject to courthouse security rules. Valid photo identification required.
