World-renowned skincare company is looking for a dynamic, seasoned Direct Response Marketing professional with extensive DRTV experience to manage key DRTV brands. Job Description: Will be responsible for strengthening company's existing direct marketing resources & infrastructure, reorganize processes as needed to gain optimal performance. Develop programs & strategies to grow the Direct customer database and increase revenues & profits. P&L responsibility on brand & campaign level.
Responsibilities Include: Establish objectives & strategies to increase market share & exceed annual goals through DRTV & alternative electronic retail. Develop creative strategies to drive brand growth across all channels. Identify key short & longer term partnerships to support DRTV & National Print campaigns & marketing efforts, particularly focused on new customer & lead acquisition. Oversee all facets of infomercial long & short form production, including testimonial recruitment, talent relationship management, product configuration, pricing & positioning, market research, etc. Work with Global Marketing to utilize electronic media as an advertising & branding vehicle for the company as a whole. Leverage media in all direct venues to create cross-channel synergies between direct channels & corporate channels.
Experience & Skills Required: DRTV production experience. Short Form Campaign management experience Solid management experience in direct marketing Winning combination of creativity, strategy and analytics Proficient in MS Excel and financial modeling Highly intuitive with a pulse on the marketplace Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Ability to manage celebrity talent Understand media, telemarketing & steps in acquisition process, to optimize campaign. Will work closely with media director, customer service & outsourced vendors.
Traditional brand management and experience with bringing a personal care product to market is a MUST.
Education Required: Bachelors Degree required.
