SUMMARY On behalf of its clients, Advantage works with over 80 telecommunications providers worldwide to analyze, source, provision, and support any and all telecom services (phones and internet, such as T1s, PRIs, PRIs, Internet, wireless, etc).
We are not a reseller, but rather a master agent/broker that is situated between the clients and carriers. Our goal is to equip our clients with the best possible solutions at the lowest costs.
Improving our clients' telecom services while reducing their costs by at least 20 percent is Advantage's primary objective, but we provide additional services as well. We are involved in every step of the process, from the initial consultation, to analysis, to installation/implementation, and on to post-live. We can be contacted regarding any and all issues that may arise, since our experienced and proficient back-office provides full technical support to our clients.
In short, we are the single point of contact that simplifies the confusing (and aggravating) world of telecom. Our clients no longer become frustrated while dealing with the service providers; instead, they are able to leverage us on their behalf and we will solve the problem.

PROCESS In summation, Advantage's business cycle is as follows:
Advantage Communications Group: • Works with over 80 carriers, such as Verizon, ATT, Level 3, Paetec, XO, Sprint, etc. • Analyzes our clients’ invoices to determine their current telco spend and generate projected savings • Prices out new options through these 80+ carriers and presents them to the client for their review and decision • Supplies the client with paperwork from the carrier (the client signs directly with the carriers, not with Advantage) • Provides technical support for the rest of the relationship in the event that the client needs anything
In the end, the client has improved their telecommunication service and gained significant savings, an average of of 20-40 percent.
