Allistar International is seeking qualified individuals for the Sales Support Specialist (SSS) position.
The SSS is responsible for generating sales appointments with local businesses for our Business Development Managers (BDM). If selected, the SSS is required to contact businesses via warm and cold call contacts.

Responsibilities of the SSS:
Make initial contact with potential Network Service Providers (NSP/Business Owners), the SSS will be calling directly for the Director of Marketing or the Business owner. Schedule Appointments for BDMs Enter NSP information into Contact Management System Take part in any NSP sales campaigns, as assigned This position requires the candidate to effectively handle objections from the business owner. The ideal candidate with be able to cope with rejection while concurrently still try to maintain a weekly appointment quota.
Previous Customer Service or Sales Experience Be able to sit for a long period of time The candidates who are selected will have the benefit from working from home The candidate must be willing to attend an initial training session upon hire and attend weekly SSS meetings Safe & Quite working environment for a approximately six to eight hours per day
Home Computer with Windows XP/Vista/7 Working internet connection Home Phone with unlimited calls OR Purchase a headset in order to use Skype (the headsets cost is very minimal) The candidates selected also must have typing abilities
Candidates have the benefit of an uncapped bonus structure. If the candidate is able to set one to two appointments per hour, the hourly pay would reach between $15.00 and $20.00 per hour. An additional bonus will be paid to the SSS if the company joins Allistar Business Network
