Use ANYONE's real estate search engine (Tate's is good, Remax is good, too, Prudential claims they have a "one search" that's ok) - there are good one's and bad one's, but NONE is better than the search engine available to a Broker-in-Charge who's a member of the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association and Charlotte MLS.
Let me take the aggrevation out of the process and prevent you from getting SPAM'd and send you the LISTINGS YOU WANT, WHEN YOU WANT THEM (daily, weekly, once a month ... YOU'RE in charge).
AND for your business, I'll REBATE 20% of the buyer agency commission received from your purchase. Guess how many of my competitors can do that? I don't know of any. Why? Because those offices, receptionists, non-producing broker's-in-charge (we called them "Marble Palaces" in my MBA program) cost LOTS of money.
