Here�s What We�re Looking for in an Sales & Customer Service Specialist

� Ability to effectively communicate with prospects, clients, co-workers, company directors, etc.
� Outstanding telephone skill that �wow� the people at the other end of the line.

� Great listening skills to truly understand others before offering solutions to them.

� Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task working on projects such as organizing data, scheduling appointments, doing follow up, etc.

MSNI Superstar Sales & Customer Service Specialist Job Description

(This is where I need your help, guys. Please modify this section to suit the Job Description of the person you�re looking for, if different from what�s listed below).

The Sales & Customer Service Specialist will focus 60% of his/her focus on sales and 40% on the customer service area of the business.

Among other projects that may be required, the Sales & Customer Service Specialist:

� Schedules appointments, gives information to telephone clients, takes dictation and other tasks as assigned by Managing Directors.

� Completes phone applications with clients and coordinates and completes all service and referral development calls.

� Generates sales proposals using proposal templates, reports, handles multiple projects, monitors sales process and completes all follow up duties.

� Communicates with clients via email and create and maintain email templates.

� Provides excellent customer service to MSNI Clients and Affiliates.

� Composes memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations.

� Acts as a liaison for Managing Directors with all MSNI vendors.

� May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget.

Minimum Requirements

� High School Diploma. Although a college degree is preferred.

� Two years of experience is necessary, and 1 to 2 years of experience in a related field is a big plus.

� A great attitude, positive outlook in life and the desire to always give the best of yourself!

� You must agree to go through and pass the industry standard background checks.

� You must agree to participate in a Pre-Employment Testing and Personality Assessment.

Compensation, Benefits and Work Conditions

� $14-$16 per hour based on qualifications and experience.

� 40 hours per week (full-time schedule).
