Lecoq Cuisine is looking for an ENTHUSIASTIC, SELF MOTIVATED Senior Customer Service Representative that enjoys handling all facets of customer service. This is an exciting career opportunity for an UPBEAT individual that can multitask and maintain composure in a fast paced environment.
Essential Job Functions:
• Delivers high standards of customer service by providing advice and guidance on the organization’s products.
• Insures that day-to-day functions are running smoothly and timely
• Leads A/R effort insuring applicable terms “as agreed” are met.
• Leads staff in a hands-on approach
• Investigates and solves customer’s problems and issues
• Develops customer service policies and procedures for the organization
• Leads the training effort for the Customer Service Team, to deliver a high standard of customer service and routinely monitors performance of team members.
• Knowledgeable about products and keeps up-to-date with changes.
• Works closely with Production Manager to insure customer needs are met.
• Makes recommendations and improvements for departmental efficiency
• Initiates and/or expands sales efforts
• BS Degree. 1-3 yrs of solid customer service experience delivering high standards of customer service and achievement of budgeted targets or any combination of education
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of food/baking industry would be a plus, but not required
• Must be proactive and resourceful. Ability to anticipate and react effectively to problems and concerns.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
o Clear, concise communicator both verbally and in writing.
o Excellent grammatical skills
• Must be pro-active and resourceful. Ability to anticipate and react effectively to problems and concerns.
