A large national company is seeking professional, home-based customer service agents to work as independent contractors. The position entails promptly and accurately responding to customer inquiries online, using the tools provided by the company. This position requires a computer, a high speed internet connection, and the ability to read and understand English. As this position is online, you can log in anywhere that you have access to a computer and high speed internet.
The position is paid at a piece rate. Such rate per inquiry is based upon the tier of customer service agent processing the request and the category of the question. As you will be hired as an independent contractor, no taxes or other deductions will be withheld from your pay.
This is a 24-hour business, so you can set your own hours and work as much or as little as you please. There is no need to communicate with customers over the telephone, this is an online position only using our proprietary software to handle requests appropriately.
