~What is a Notice to Owner (NTO)?
A Notice to Owner informs the proper parties that a potential lienor will furnish, or already has furnished, materials, labor or other lienable items for the property to be improved.
State of Florida law requires that anyone who supplies labor, services or material to a contractor on any construction job must send the owner a 'Notice to Owner'.
In order preserve your lien rights, the Notice to Owner must be served to the owner no later than 45 days after the lienor commences to furnish labor and/or materials to the project job site.

C. F. S. Notices will conduct a search on the property for proper ownership, legal description, and any documentation recorded in the clerk of the court. Once all research is conducted, an NTO will be sent to the owner, general contractor and bonding company (if any) via certified mail with proof of delivery. In addition to the above parties, a notice to owner will be sent to all parties that are present on a Notice of Commencement, which is filed with the public records department of the county where the property is located.

* Mailing charges include $0.50 per first class, $5.60 per certified letter and $18.00 for International Registered Mail Return Receipt.

* High Volume~ based on your companyˇ¦s monthly volume. This is done on a revolving basis.
* Certified Return Receipt ~Green cards go directly to your office. Certified mail logs are maintained by CFS Notices LLC.

Simply fill out the following forms and return them to our office via email, mail, or fax.
* Application to open account.
* NTO request form.
* $50.00 check to establish credit. This will be applied to your first notice and any remaining funds will be credited toward your next notice. (Must be mailed to our office)
