The Lead Generation Specialist (LGS) is an outbound calling position perfect for individuals who have excellent phone and relationship-building skills. As a LGS, you値l use these skills to create, develop and nurture relationships with key executives among our potential customers base.
Your responsibilities will include contacting companies in our target markets, verifying prospect contact and company information, educating managers and decision makers, qualifying sales inquiries, and tele-prospecting.
You値l follow up with individuals who have expressed interest in our services and solutions. You値l identify who the most appropriate decision maker is in the company by speaking with multiple company representatives. You値l initiate a conversation with them to introduce our services, educate them on our value, ask a number of questions, and determine if our services will be a good fit for them. When you identify a fit, you値l work closely with our sales team to ensure proper follow up. In many cases, you値l be the front-line person for our services and brand, making a highly positive impression on these individuals.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, ambitious, committed and driven to succeed. This person should also have strong communication skills with the confidence to influence key decision makers. They must possess excellent organizational skills and have the ability to complete daily procedures and responsibilities without direct supervision.
The position is a temporary to hire opportunity and will start with part time (20-25 hours per week) hours and can lead to full time. Hourly pay ($14 - $20) will be based on experience and references.
Job Responsibilities / Requirements:
Strong phone skills are required - outbound sales calls to promote and sell services
Basic closing techniques over the phone required
Sales experience in a call center environment a plus
A positive attitude is essential! Recruiting 途eal opportunities is a numbers game and no responses are to be expected. A successful LGS will recruit at least 1 lead per hour because he or she is persistent in going from one call to the next without letting a frustrating call get to him or her
Enthusiasm and energy make for an engaging phone call. The LGSs will be making several daily cold calls which require a spark that sets them apart from sales calls and mundane business calls
LGSs must be able to initiate a conversation and build rapport with the potential lead
LGSs must be able to speak clearly and articulately
LGSs must be willing to take constructive criticism and implement this feedback to improve their skills
Good attendance is imperative
Telemarketers and Telephone Sales professionals are encouraged to apply

Incentive Earning Opportunity:
In addition to the hourly rate offered, we believe in rewarding results. A sales incentive plan is in place to motivate and reward performance. Incentives earned based on leads generated that result in new business opportunities.

Behavioral Requirements:
Passion for technology especially consumer electronic products.
Articulate - able to verbally express the service capabilities in simple terms.
Persuasive able to influence the buying decision.
Customer-service oriented enjoys being helpful to others.
Sales background with minimum of 1 year direct sales experience. Focus on sales results and qualifying customers.
Positive attitude & experience turning a 杜aybe into a 土es.
Proactive communication style and ability to be responsive to last minute requests.
Results and action oriented ownership minded
Independent, self 卜otivated, and organized, while remaining flexible and adaptable.

Candidates must possess the following: High school diploma or G.E.D., 18 years of age, valid social security number, legal authority to work in the United States, ability to pass drug-screen and background tests and a willingness to travel (this position may require traveling to specific client meetings).
