JOB SUMMARY: Operations clerk for day trading securities broker/dealer; hours 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Record keeping management of the broker/dealer.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
College degree required.
Accounting experience.
Previous broker/dealer or banking/finance experience.
FINRA license Series 7 and 24 needed (we will sponsor for these exams)

SKILLS:
Excellent analytical skills.
Demonstrated skill and proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks Pro.
Must be self starter, motivated, take initiative and have strong inter-personal skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Strong organization skills and excellent attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Ability to work independently and as a cooperative team member.
