In one of the most challenging Q4’s in recent years, Sony PlayStation chose to partner with Campaigners in 2009 to capitalize on the
critical holiday shopping season. Charged with supporting new releases and driving incredible sales across the major retail channels,
we delivered a dynamic interactive and educational in-store sales program to reach the different types of purchasing decision
makers. It is the amazing success of last year’s program, our corporate team’s personal network and our current on-going video
game category experience that has paved the way for us to become known as the video game experts in the industry!
We are proud to announce that we have won the high profile large-scale 2010 Sony PlayStation Holiday program! PlayStation will be
launching their new flagship product the Move that will compete with the Nintendo Wii and the new Xbox Kinect. This will be the
second largest product launch in PlayStations’ history and we are honored that they selected Campaigners to help with this
mission critical endeavor! We will be launching a 5-month weekend warrior campaign in September focused on driving sales across
hardware, software and peripherals.

Position Title In-Store Sales Specialists and In-Store Back-Up Sales Specialists

Program Term Program Launch: Approx. August 29th through January 16th, 2010

Program Overview Our Client, an industry leader in the video gaming industry, has enlisted Campaigners, a division of
Advantage Sales and Marketing, LLC (ASM) to handpick a team of SALES-focused Weekend Warriors (WW)
to drive measurable sales growth of its consoles, video games and peripherals at select retail locations.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, ambitious, committed and driven to succeed. This person should also
have strong communication skills with the confidence to influence key decision makers at the store level.
They must possess excellent organizational skills and have the ability to complete daily procedures and
responsibilities without direct supervision.
Program Details Store Assessment Visit – one 1-hour visit to assigned store prior to program launch to asses inventory
levels, display functionality, confirm presence and alert team of any hot issues or concerns prior to launch
(goal is 2 weeks prior to launch)
Demo Events - Sales Specialists will work 3-5 hour sessions including 3-hour events (peak hours) on Fridays
and 5-hour (peak hours) events on Saturdays and Sundays.
Rate $16 per hour; $10 per hour training
Training The SCEA Sales Specialists will each have an estimated 7-hours of paid training. This includes 3-hours of
pre-launch training and 4-hours of on-going monthly training throughout the duration of the program.
Training assumes general product knowledge, review of key features and benefits and program
expectations. Each training will require a mandatory knowledge check
Responsibilities &
Sales: Enthusiastically engage, qualify and close customers on sales of clients products; Seek sales
opportunities in departments throughout the store to maximize sales and sales of related attachments.
Merchandising: Ensure products are on display, functioning properly and presentable to customers. Take
direction regarding tagging, rotating, and placing POS materials (provided).
Training: Responsible to train Retail Sales Associates on clients’ products and product benefits during slow
consumer traffic. Generate positive PR and Brand Awareness in-store. Ensure clients’ products are “Top of
Mind” among Store Associates. Increase Sales Associate recommendation rates of clients’ product.
Personal Development / Training: Must be willing to commit to an initial training conference call (specific
date still TBD) as well as ongoing monthly product training, team meetings, client trainings, etc… (paid) as a
Relationship Building: Must have the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with
Campaigners management team, Retail Sales Associates, Retail Management Team and Customers.
Administration/Reporting: Must complete accurate and timely HR paperwork and reports online; call
reports, expense reports (if applicable), training certification quizzes, etc... Participate in mandatory
conference calls (paid).
Must be available: Every Friday (including Black Friday, times may change) from 4-7pm, Saturday and
Sunday from September 11, 2010 thru January 16, 2011, and Monday-Thursday, December 20th – 24th
(week of Christmas) and December 27th – 31st (week after Christmas).
Incentive Earning
In addition to the hourly rate offered, we believe in rewarding results and outstanding execution. An
aggressive sales incentive plan is in place to motivate and reward top performers. Incentives earned based
on sales per store/per hour if the Sales Specialist has met minimum criteria of reporting and
communications timelines, positive QA results, quality call reporting and photo submissions. Incentive
opportunities include both monetary and products throughout the duration of the program.
Candidates must possess the following: High school diploma or G.E.D., 18 years of age, valid social security
number, legal authority to work in the United States, ability to pass drug-screen and background tests and
a willingness to travel (this position may require traveling to specific sites). Some positions offer travel
reimbursement, specifics would be discussed later in the interview process. Advantage Sales and

•Timely Communications Required. It is mandatory that responses to management phone calls or
emails are returned within 24 hours
•Independent, self –motivated, and organized, while remaining flexible and adaptable
•Owner of at least one “Next-Gen” Console (Xbox 360, PS3, Wii).
•Familiarity with the current handheld consoles (DSi, Sony PSP, iPhone).
•Familiarity with Blu-Ray and understanding the advantages over standard DVD.
•While not necessarily playing every kind of game, having an innate understanding of what most
people are currently playing/new releases and knowing when that changes.
•Must be Internet savvy with access to a computer – broadband preferred
•Must have a cell phone; text messaging strongly preferred
•Reliable transportation; i.e. personal car for transportation to stores/events/meetings
•Access to a digital camera is highly desirable
•Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. without limitations and ability to stand for more than 5 hours at a
•Must be capable of bending and kneeling, reaching and lifting and squatting for short periods of
time etc…
