I am actively seeking a highly motivated and energetic sales person who wants to join a growing and dynamic company. You must be a results-oriented individual who will focus primarily and directly on fleet fuel management. We have an opportunity home-based in the New Jersey area. We would strongly consider those in New York and Philadelphia as this tri-state area would be your assigned territory.

We provide fuel cards and fleet management solutions to businesses and government agencies, as well as the merchants that serve them. Our customers use fleet cards at convenience stores, truck stops and maintenance merchants across the country to capture purchasing data and pay for fuel and fleet maintenance on cars, vans and trucks of all classes and sizes.Our solutions offer these additional services: private label fuel card programs, tax-exempt billing, vehicle tracking tools, electronic payment authorizations, billing and financial settlement.

The Regional Account Executive will produce incremental revenue through outbound sales calls and inbound leads to regional companies in effort to meet sales booking goals. The Regional Account Executive will be a key player and contributor to the overall success of business development with our client. We are looking for an aggressive, motivated, professional sales person to sell to middle market clients. This person must possess strong consultative, proven strategic selling abilities and be able to interact with senior level managers and executives.

Key Responsibilities
*Developing and qualifying leads
*Phone prospecting
*Setting up appointments
*Obtaining needs and business objectives
*Preparing and presenting sales proposals
*Closing deals
*Proven commitment to customer satisfaction

**Must have atleast one OR more of the following to exceptions: Fleet industry, petroleum, OTR fuel card, C-Store, fuel marketing sales experience, OR verifiable experience penetrating companies with multiple fleet vehichles i,e; trucking-shipping industry.

*Must have prior experience & disciple of working from home office and able to work independently to meet quotas and goals
*Must have the ability to create new account opportunities via cold calling and other prospecting techniques/activities and convert the opportunities into new customer relationships
*Build client relationships by conducting on-site visits with a minimum of 12 accounts per week
*Interface directly with client management team
*Track account activity within the contact management system
*Must have an understanding of the different steps involved in a sales cycle and must know how to leverage each stage in the sales cycle to advance the sale
*3 years sales experience preferably in B2B sales environment
*Excellent written/verbal communication skills to interact with clients and management
*Independently motivated and self directed
*Must have a strong desire for high earning potential
*50-75% travel
*Proficient with MS Office Suite and WebEx
**Bachelors degree (prefered but not required)

We offer a comprehensive salary of $50,000 plus commission (first year $75k plus-second year $90k plus) and benefits package to include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement savings, flexible spending accounts, employee fuel card savings program, $540.00 car allowance, paid holidays and personal days.
