JOB DESCRIPTION -ASSISTANT G.M POSITION

1. Implement a constant service improvement program as well as efficient corrective action plans. Solicits comments from, and responds to, visitors concerns and complaints, forwarding pertinent information to appropriate the G.M.
• Daily Performance monitoring through guest satisfaction form/complaint form& log.
• Monthly Employee Performance monitoring through warning notice and monthly evaluation forms.
2. Opening and closing of the facility in accordance with S.O.P.s in place.
3. Hiring, Training, Organizing staffing according to the Company’s standard operation guideline and payroll cost control.
4. Initiates or executes all team efforts to further define and deliver State of the Art Guest Service.
Manages and supervise floor operations staff, including all game and activity employee, Receptionist, Birthday Party Supervisor/Host to ensure that activities/attractions, services and programs are operational, accessible, convenient and clearly communicated.
Develop team spirit among and keep high motivation. Implements training programs for the staff and manage staff to provide above benchmark guest satisfaction scores.
5. Insure implementation of all games and activity S.O.P.s.
6. Perform Daily review of game/attraction check list/Reports and report any discrepancy to the G.M.
Including but not limited to monitoring of Foam Factory PSI level, air line, Bumper Boats pool daily cleaning and battery replacement (as per SOP), Wii TV monitor, consol, remote control full functionality…
7. Develops, implements and tracks a system for identifying, and solving problems on the public floor, such as non-functioning or poorly functioning attraction components, incorrect or misleading signage, birthday party booking policy, safety or cleanliness concerns, etc.
8. Prepare and send weekly employee schedule. Payroll Control and Processing.
9. Maintain Employee hiring file complete and updated including background check and drug testing of all employees with no exception. Comply with State of Texas labor law and regulation, 100 % compliance is a must.
10. Manage, schedule and coordinate cleaning and maintenance services as needed.
