Volunteer needed to supervise children's use of toys and activities provided while parents are in adjacent room attending Parent Leadership Advisory Group (PLAG) meeting, setup and cleanup of snacks, participate and actively interact with young children (ages birth to age 5) to engage in enriched play and build on 40 Developmental Assets as identified by the Search Institute. Necessary skills include a reliability, commitment to helping and serving others (particularly children), and experience interacting and taking care of young children is helpful. The Shasta CAPCC Mission is to promote a local culture that values all children and families.
